Do you offer gluten-free entrees?
As always, LIBERATORE'S is committed to providing the best service and dining experience; we understand that this sometimes means accommodating those who require a special diet.
Many of our selections may be prepared for you gluten-free, using separate pans and utensils and non-gluten ingredients (e.g., gluten-free pasta). We make most if not all our sautee dishes to order. Normally, we add a light dusting of flour to our wine sauces. This can easily be omitted to have a gluten free dish. Some examples would be Shrimp Fradiavolo served over spinach, Chicken Marsala served with a side of brocolli, seafood risotto, Argentina steak, and Grilled fresh Fish of the Day. (Note that sauces may not thicken as usual if we are using replacement ingredients or omitting the flour.)
