We'll feature wonderful food paired with delicious wine from Italy and Napa California. Mamma Liberatore will be making Gnocchi with a delicious Lamb Sauce. Dante will demonstrate how to prepare oven-roasted osso bucco and/or lamb crowns. Appetizers will be various Tuscan specialties: How about grilled eggplant topped with roasted peppers and goat cheese? Shrimp sauteed with sage and wrapped oven-roasted vegetables? Sound good?
